Start with machine identity, not the symptom

Before choosing a procedure, record the complete model, suffix, serial prefix, engine plate, controller label and regional configuration. The same base model can contain different pumps, electronics, filters and emissions equipment.

What every guide helps the workshop decide

01

Engine and cooling

Separate fuel, air, derate and cooling faults using cold/hot evidence.

02

Hydraulic system

Compare pilot supply, command, pressure, flow and real mechanical load before adjustment.

03

Travel and swing

Compare left/right behavior, final-drive oil, case drain, noise and braking.

04

Electrical control

Save the code and event condition; verify power, ground, harness and network first.

05

Undercarriage and structure

Measure wear and cracks; turn findings into repair, monitor or stop decisions.

Use the download in four stages

1

Identify

Lock model, suffix, serial, configuration and the official publication revision.

2

Reproduce

Record cold start, hot cycle, load, temperature and the exact event that creates the complaint.

3

Compare

Use before/after and left/right comparisons before replacing parts.

4

Close

Document parts, labor, post-repair test, open defects and a signed release decision.

These are independent field guides, not copied OEM shop manuals

The downloads intentionally do not publish torque values, relief pressures, oil quantities, wiring diagrams or disassembly steps. Those values can change by serial number and must come from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer. This keeps the library useful without encouraging a technically wrong repair.

Official manual and service access

Use the links in each card to obtain the current manufacturer publication. Keep the document number and revision in the repair order.

Maintenance library questions

Are these the manufacturer's workshop manuals?

No. They are original YUANJIAN field guides for planning, troubleshooting and documentation. Serial-specific technical procedures must come from the OEM.

Why is the serial number required?

A base model may have several engines, controllers, hydraulic configurations and regional emission packages. The serial prefix prevents the wrong procedure or part from being selected.

Are the PDFs really bilingual?

Yes. Pages 1-3 are English and pages 4-6 are Spanish in every brand guide.

Can I use one guide for every excavator size?

Use the brand guide to organize the work, then use the size and exact generation to set tooling, lifting, test and safety requirements.

Do the guides include maintenance intervals?

They provide work triggers and evidence requirements. Exact intervals, fluid grades and quantities must be confirmed in the OEM operation and maintenance manual.

Can a buyer request a model not listed?

Yes. Send the full model and serial plate. The library will be expanded by verified model families rather than guessed specifications.
