36-TON JOB MISSION PLANNER · KOMATSU PC360
Send YUANJIAN the job plan and we can supply or source a used Komatsu PC360 in China that fits the material, truck size, lift radius, relocation frequency and local service capability. We then connect the selected unit to inspection evidence, measured shipping data and an FOB or CIF quotation. Stock, suffix and unit identity are confirmed before payment.
Official Komatsu PC360 references and current related stock reviewed 27 August 2026. Dash-7, 8M2, LC and later versions require serial-specific verification.
The same PC360 can be a strong production tool in one fleet and an expensive mismatch in another. Score the work before comparing sellers.
Best when truck fleet, bucket and haul rhythm keep the machine loaded. Compare target bank cubic metres per hour, not brochure cycle time.
Useful for overburden and face cleanup when structure, cooling, guarding and undercarriage suit abrasive duty.
Strong for large cuts and drainage, but relocation permits and bridge limits may make a PC300 cheaper overall.
LC footprint and lift chart matter. Never infer safe lifting from operating weight or seller video.
Requires auxiliary-flow evidence, oil analysis, front-structure inspection and a bucket/hammer schedule.
If the machine will be underloaded most days, compare PC300 or PC350 before paying for unused capacity.
Komatsu's PC360/LC-8M2 brochure provides a traceable transport reference. The current PC360LCi-11 page provides a later family reference. Neither source proves a PC360-7 listing; measure the actual unit and verify its serial arrangement.
| Reference | Official published figure | Procurement use |
|---|---|---|
| PC360/LC-8M2 overall length | 11,150 mm with referenced front | Re-measure after bucket and arm position are fixed |
| Overall width | 3,190 mm | Check inland-route and ocean over-width charges |
| Cab height | 3,145 mm | Confirm total transport height at boom and handrails |
| Track shoe reference | 600 mm | Actual shoes change ground pressure and width |
| Current PC360LCi-11 operating weight | 35,627-36,535 kg | Later-generation context only, not a Dash-7 certificate |
| Current PC360LCi-11 power | 192 kW | Do not attribute to earlier generations without plate data |
| Test phase | What to record | Decision trigger |
|---|---|---|
| Cold identity | PIN, engine, monitor, fluids and complete machine in one take | Stop if identity breaks or fluids show mixing |
| Warm excavation | Repeated dig-swing-dump cycles and engine recovery | Concern if cycle slows sharply as oil heats |
| Combined hydraulics | Boom, arm, bucket and swing interaction | Price pump/valve risk if one function starves another |
| Travel and grade | Both speeds, straight travel, braking and final-drive sound | Investigate side imbalance or metal/leakage |
| Cooling margin | Coolant condition, fan, radiator, oil temperature and alarms | Reject unexplained overheating in target cycle |
| Post-test leakage | Cylinders, pump bay, valve bank, swing and final drives | Convert every leak into repair scope and timing |
It is commonly treated as the 36-ton class, but the exact operating and shipping weight changes with generation, LC undercarriage, shoes, bucket, guards and front arrangement. Komatsu's current PC360LCi-11 reference is 35.6-36.5 tonnes; that cannot be copied directly to PC360-7 or 8M2.
Mission choice: Use measured loading weight and serial-specific documents for freight and lift planning.
Choose PC350 when transport, fuel and mixed use matter more than maximum production. Choose PC360 when truck loading, reach, stability or heavy digging produce enough additional output. Used condition can reverse the theoretical ranking, especially when one unit needs undercarriage or hydraulic work.
Mission choice: Compare expected productive hours and repair-adjusted cost, not the badge difference.
PC400 adds mass and production potential but increases freight, wear-part and mobilization cost. PC360 can be the better fleet fit when benches, trucks and monthly volume do not keep a PC400 fully utilized. Hard material may still justify the larger machine.
Mission choice: Size the excavator to bucket density, truck payload and annual utilization.
There is no universal winner. Dash-7 may offer lower acquisition cost and familiar service; 8M2 and later machines can provide newer controls and efficiency, but parts and electronics must match the destination. A documented older unit can outperform a poorly identified newer one.
Mission choice: Choose the generation your local technicians can diagnose and support.
Loss of speed when hot, pump whine, weak combined functions, cylinder drift, slow swing recovery and temperature alarms can signal expensive work. Compare cold and hot cycle times because a short cold video can hide wear. Oil sample and filter inspection add evidence but do not replace operation.
Mission choice: Require a sustained production simulation before accepting the hydraulic system.
Verify auxiliary flow and return arrangement, oil cleanliness, cooler condition, boom foot, arm, linkage, slew frame and weld history. Compare the hammer size and duty cycle with the machine setup. Previous breaker use is manageable only when maintenance and structural evidence agree.
Mission choice: Budget from the hardest previous application, not the cleanest current attachment.
A complete PC360 is not a simple standard-container shipment. Actual width, height, weight and port infrastructure determine whether flat rack, RoRo or breakbulk is practical. Removing bucket, arm or counterweight can change charges but creates lifting and reassembly obligations.
Mission choice: Request three freight options based on one measured loading configuration.
Full model and suffix, PIN evidence, engine identity, attachments, disclosed repairs, inspection findings, measured shipping dimensions, price basis, freight validity, loading responsibility and payment milestones. Prohibit machine substitution and preserve the inspection file as a contract attachment.
Mission choice: Pay for one identified PC360 with defined evidence, not a generic model promise.
Use these public units to test the fleet size. YUANJIAN can reconfirm one listing or source another PC360-class machine in China, then provide the unit-specific evidence and export quotation. Public prices remain references until stock, inspection and destination are fixed.

Send the job, preferred generation, budget and destination port. YUANJIAN can confirm a public PC360 or source another unit in China, connect it to agreed inspection evidence and issue an FOB or CIF quotation after unit confirmation.
It can support mining and quarry work when guarding, cooling, bucket, structure and maintenance match the duty.
LC can improve footprint and stability but increases track components and transport width.
Only as planning references. Freight must use the actual machine after the loading configuration is fixed.
Do not assume so. Order components using exact PIN, engine and arrangement.
Free information consultation and optional paid inspection are available under an agreed scope.
